February is National Heart Month. This month focuses on heart health and raises awareness about heart disease, which is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. National Heart Month also reminds individuals to reflect on their own habits and make positive changes. Small steps, like eating better, exercising more, and getting regular check-ups, are all important for heart health.
