Making freezer jam is an easy, quick way to preserve fresh fruits you may have this season at home! Join Ashley Beard, Family and Consumer Science Agent, as she makes some simple strawberry freezer jam!
 

Uncooked Berry Jam


The National Center for Home Food Preservation Yields about 5-6 half pint jars.

Ingredients


  • 2 cups crushed strawberries or blackberries (about 1 quart berries)
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 package powdered pectin
  • 1 cup water
